and just like that it’s march. i’m not sure if it’s just me, or the fact that I’m getting older, but time is like zooming by. it didn’t go this fast when i was a kid. at least it didn’t feel like it. i wonder if kids these days feel the speed of the days and weeks and months passing by. i heard somewhere that as time goes by it speeds up. like, time isn’t what it was back then. it’s a little too scientific for me, and all i can say is it’s just. going. by. so. fast.

it’s my birthday today and i’m heading into the city for such a fun day with some friends, (see here for the details,) then heading to a first birthday party for a friends son and then hopefully, if time allows, to my sister in laws to crash her saturday night plans. (hope that’s ok!) it’s going to be a busy day, and that’s just how i’d like it to be.

ok, so on to some fun stuff! in honour of my birth month i have decided to throw a ‘giveaway party’ here on the blog. i have been working hard to get some of my favourite shops to participate with me so you can potentially win some of my favorite things! also, in anticipation of my own little online shop opening at the end of april, (yes, i’m opening a shop!!!!) i will be giving away some items as well. think prints, decor, and workshops! it’s going to be fun! and i’m really excited for it. so stay tuned, the first giveaway is on tuesday!
