my niece ayah turned two and my sister planned a really special finger painting party for her.

she went all out with a homemade lemon cake with rainbow coloured balls..

lots of bright whites and colour, this was my type of party!

i can’t help but notice the beauty in the mess too!

mission accomplished. we have a happy birthday girl here!

i really love the gradation of colours in this one. there’s something so awe-inspiring about the way a child paints. with no concern or worry of “mistakes”. its pretty rad to watch. this one was made by one of daani’s very good buds!
